Interaction was through text. Staff sent photos and measurements on the fridge we were interested in. Dante answered all our questions. Great prices and great variety of appliances. They loaded the fridge into our truck. I would recommend this company and would shop here again. This is a warehouse, so that is what we expected. We did not use the delivery service so we can not comment on that. If you know what you want and can pick up yourself, then this is a great option. Picked up at the Simcoe location.

Zoe and Diego are absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I ordered from them and had them handle the installation, and everything was done perfectly. On top of that, their warehouse is spotless! It’s clear they take pride in their work and their space, which says a lot about their attention to detail.

Owner and staff are fantastic. Customer service excellent, delivery guys excellent. This business provides top quality products and top quality service at family affordable prices. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for new appliances of any kind. We have now purchased a fridge, washer/dryer set and tomorrow a freezer. All came with new purchase warranties and the owner always does his best to make things proper.
